Lauren, I wanted to let you know some unimaginable things have occurred. First I felt great after the Reconnection, even after hearing my brother probably committed suicide on that mountain. The next morning I was loaded with anger and a deep, deep hurt!!! Everything was coming to the surface and I was letting it out. I felt pain for my brother, maybe I felt his pain at the time. I don’t know. Anger towards my father for never giving the love and support he needed. I confronted my father today and in a kind manner explained why I am full of trauma, because of some of the choices he made and his violent anger. I stood up for myself without be vengeful, critical or judgmental and we had the best conversation ever. I gave him the prayer that you gave me about love, forgiveness and being sorry. he said he would say it every night before he goes to bed. He asked, “Should I say it to you”? I said say it to God and your angels. Thank you for you support and guidance. I feel a relief today. Could not make it to your meditation yesterday because of good exhaustion. I wanted to write you today and express how much I appreciate you and your willingness to help people like me. For no other reason but destiny have we met. I know as well as you know that all things happen for a reason. I was drawn to come back to Phoenix.
