When you judge another, it becomes a belief. What you believe in yourself is expected of yourself. Therefore, if you believe you cannot play baseball, you will not play baseball. When we ask little of ourselves, we get only a little. If you have self-doubt, you will continue to have self-doubt until you acknowledge the extraordinary person you are.

Walk tall and hold your head up high. Add a little love, mix it with a belief of worthiness, and add a dash of Trust and Faith. The new belief in yourself will be diﬀerent from the old belief system you started with; therefore, your outcome will be diﬀerent. Expect nothing in return from another when you are giving of yourself. Expect the Highest and the Best and believe the Universe will provide that for you.

You are responsible for your own perceptions

You are responsible for your own perceptions and your own truth. Just as you would make a plan for the evening, plan out how you want your life to be. What you want, when you want it and how the results should be.

Do not expect another to act or behave from one’s judgments of what they should have done, could have done, and if only they would have done. Instead, focus on the positive attributes.

Through our experiences, we are shaped by our relations to another. Holding onto your past will block and limit you to just your past. If you keep one foot in the past and one foot in the present, you will continue to do the same thing over and over again yet expecting diﬀerent results. Sometimes we stay in a situation because we are use to it. It is what we know and even though it is not healthy for us, there is a sort of comfort in the familiarity.

Letting go is healing layers of anger, selfpity, resentment, and low self-worth. Merely existing in life or living vicariously through another goes against your true self. Our perception of the situation makes it diﬃcult for us to take a risk to move forward. When we live according to the expectations of others and their belief systems, we limit our mindsets and we become limited. Holding onto old emotions and old beliefs creates the boundaries that create our limited mindsets. The pain is released when judgments are no longer a part of your life. Add a dash of acceptance and mix it with compassion.

What happened to you yesterday is the past. Learn from it and let it go. Tomorrow is not here yet. Your experiences that you have encountered brought you to where you are now. It is important to stay in the present moment.

That is all there is. Right here! Right now! Do not hold onto your childhood memories that you perceived as a loss. The material things you once had, or did not have, changed. It is not about what or how much you have in life. You are always provided with what you need; add a dash of gratitude and acceptance is at hand.
